Jenna graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Professional Writing and Editing, accompanied by double minors in Public Relations and Communication Studies. She brings several years of experience in administrative operations and customer-facing roles, including her previous work with the West Virginia Department of Human Services. In these positions, she developed a strong background in documentation management, cross-departmental communication, and creating welcoming, organized environments for clients.
Originally from West Virginia, Jenna relocated to Wilmington in 2025. She is excited to be part of a team that values compassion and strives to make every patient feel cared for from the moment they arrive. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring the local beaches, and spending time with friends and family.
