Megan Keller, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Language PathologistMegan Keller earned her Masters of Science degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Eastern New Mexico University in 2018. She has been working in the field of Speech Language Pathology since 2014. She started off as a speech language pathologist assistant and continued with that while she earned her Masters degree. She has worked in various settings including in patients homes, schools and outpatient private practices. She has a passion for working with the pediatric population.
Megan relocated from California to Wilmington earlier this year to raise her children by the beach. When she is not working she loves hanging with her husband and 2 daughters, going to the beach, surfing, playing volleyball and trying new restaurants.

Occupational TherapistSamantha (Sam) graduated from East Carolina University with her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Her experience includes working in inpatient rehabilitation with a focus on spinal cord injuries, as well as in acute care, where she treated patients with a wide range of complex medical conditions. is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages to regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Prior to obtaining her degree in Occupational Therapy, Sam graduated from Presbyterian College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. While at Presbyterian College, Sam was a student-athlete on the volleyball team. Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing beach volleyball, pickleball, and spending time with family.

Megan Rosenberg
Operations ManagerMegan has called Wilmington home for 26 years, embracing the coastal community she proudly considers her own. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Marketing.
In 2005, Megan began her career with the Social Security Administration, where she spent two decades serving the public with dedication and care. In 2025, she transitioned into a new chapter with Eastern Therapy PT, OT, and Speech, bringing her extensive experience, strong communication skills, and passion for helping others to the team.
Originally from Wilson, NC, Megan is rooted in family and community. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband and their three children, making the most of Wilmington’s coastal lifestyle. Whether out on the boat or relaxing by the pool, Megan loves anything that involves the water—especially during the summer.

Fernando Garcia, PTA
Physical Therapist AssistantFernando graduated from Miami-Dade College in 2000 with an Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Over his career, Fernando has gained extensive experience across a wide range of physical therapy settings, including wound care, open-heart rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. He has a particular passion for helping patients recover from joint replacement surgery, focusing on restoring functional mobility and improving quality of life.
Fernando is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to connect with and care for a diverse patient population.
Recently, he returned to Wilmington to be closer to his family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with loved ones, fishing, horseback riding, and working on landscaping projects. His dedication, compassionate approach, and diverse experience make him a valued member of the physical therapy team.
